ADK hosts expert dialogue "Modular Construction"

The need for housing and office space is forecasted to increase significantly by 2050. This is difficult to achieve for conventional custom-made construction. That is reason enough to deal with the efficient modular construction, which creates flexible and sustainable buildings very quickly.

ADK Modulraum GmbH is host of the expert dialogue Modular Building at Heuer Dialog. This is all about serial construction. It presents project examples from all over Germany, discusses the industrialization of building and brings modular builders together with potential customers.

Rainer Jordan, Sales Project Manager at ADK Modulraum, reports on the project Merck Innovation Center, which was completed in March 2015. Afterwards, a viewing tour of the Merck Innovation Centers in Darmstadt begins.
