Fair for investment in education

SCHULBAU is the only fair in Europe that is organized for concrete and approved investment volumes. It takes place in cooperation with the respective school authorities.

ADK has a booth in the Loewe Saal and comprehensively informs about the realization of modular buildings.

Mr. Rainer Jordan, Sales ADK National and International, gives a lecture on the topic: Extension of educational institutions - how school buildings are increased during the holidays.

Based on the Christian Schmidt School in Neckarsulm, Rainer Jordan describes the implementation of an extension in a modular design.

Christian Schmidt vocational school. Extension and increase in 4 months

The district of Heilbronn decided in the construction of the extension of the Christian Schmidt vocational school for modular construction, as this construction system had the shortest construction time. Much of the building has been modularly prefabricated. Thus, the ongoing school operation was disturbed only minimally. The general contractor was ADK Modulraum GmbH.

The 2-storey class wing was built from 43 individual modules in a total construction time of only 4 months.
