General contractor for Innovation Center Merck

The Modulraum GmbH from Neresheim realized the new Innovation Center in Darmstadt for pharmaceutical company Merck in modular construction. The building was prefabricated in the own factory production halls in individual building modules. This allowed an extremely short construction time and reduced construction activity on site to a minimum. The floor area of 3,148 square meters is distributed over two floors. There is a large kitchen, a guest casino, meeting rooms, office space as open space area and a sitting area, which is also used for events.

For over ten years ADK realized buildings in the innovative hybrid modular technology all over the world.  After the construction of the Sparkassen Business Club of Voith Arena Heidenheim ADK has also made a name in the region.  This year, the new medical center in Heidenheim is completed.
