On January 19, 2022, the groundbreaking ceremony for the new DRK care center in Giengen Schwage took place in bright sunshine. On the 8720 sqm site, a three-story generation project with over 6000 sqm gross floor area will be built in the coming months.
Due to the high degree of prefabrication of the modular construction, the first residents are already scheduled to move in by the end of August 2022.
