The major SAP order for ADK Modulraum involves the realization of two modular office buildings.

At the locations in Walldorf and Sankt-Leon-Rot, with around   20,350 square meters area will create around 800 new jobs.

In the first construction phase, the 225 building modules have now been transported to Walldorf and the final assembly has begun.

You can already see the extraordinary suspended aluminum perforated façade.

Heavy work because of the heat wave

In particular, the roof work at the current high temperatures of up to 65 ° is an enormous burden for the fitters. Only with plenty of drinking, additional supply of ice and the relocation of working in the early morning hours, this work is still to be carried out.

Completion and handover of the innovative office building is scheduled for October 2018. Thus, the construction period for 10,650 square meters with 3.5 floors took only 9.5 months.
