ABOUT ADK MODULRAUM GMBH
ADK is one of the market–leading manufacturers of modular buildings. Among other things hospitals, laboratories, schools, hotels and administrative buildings are produced in the factory in Neresheim since 2004. The modules are prefabricated up to 90 percent. Afterwards they get carried to the intended destination. That`s how the final completion can be realized within a few weeks.
ADK has about 300 employees. The international clienteles come from different parts of health care, economy, municipalities and government.

The Office Building in a Modular System
Five basic modules offer different room configurations. Additionally there`s a wide variety of equipment and furniture. OPTIMA1203 provides cheap and qualitative solution for every office building.
