DIGITAL PLANNING
The digital planning of a building using the BIM process offers the fullest transparency for all parties involved throughout the
entire process. All trades can be simultaneously collaborative designed in real time, creating an identical image of the real
building in 3D. At this virtual double, the building fabric, building physics and the technical building equipment are simulated
realistically. This avoids discrepancies and supplements in the completion of the building. The BIM optimized planning
fundamentally increases the quality of construction, enables error avoidance over the entire life cycle and leads to an
enormous saving of time in planning and implementation.
Advantages of the BIM process
10 Percent cost savings through BIM collision management |
40 Percent reduction of unplanned changes |
3,5 Percent increase in efficiency of the building capacity |
7 Percent reduction of the projectplans |
9 Percent decrease in operating costs |
