COUNTRY HOUSE FOR SENIORS

In Warmensteinach near to Bayreuth in Bavaria a retirement home of VIVERE Landhaus GmbH was built.

On more than 3,500 m², 60 patients can be accommodated in wheelchair-accessible, partially disabled-friendly care apartments in the new building of the nursing home in Warmensteinach. Despite laborious delivery of the modules due to the massive snowfall in the winter months, the lifting by crane and assembly could be carried out easily.

KfW 55 gives the building an optimal energy efficiency standard, which permanently increases the value of the property, protects the environment and at the same time serves the comfort of residents and employees.
