The Werkrealschule in Schwaigern was increased by one floor.

The 24 modules form the second floor of the school building and provide area for new physics and biology halls, rooms for housework, music and a new school kitchen. With a high degree of prefabrication including water and heating systems and more. the modules were delivered. The required specialist furniture and installations have also been integrated into the natural scientific rooms at the factory. Sound - and fire - protected folding walls separate the different rooms from each other.

The original roof overhang was also maintained on the new, modularly built floor.
