The extensive new construction of a medical and service center was built in modular design in Heidenheim, meeting high requirements.

On seven floors are medical practices and facilities for various specialties. The provisions for building class 5 had to be considered. The new medical center includes an outpatient surgery for eye laser treatments, two gastroenterological treatment rooms and a fitness area as part of a physiotherapy practice. In addition to these and other medical facilities, representative offices in the penthouse style have been installed on the top floor. The construction of the balconies and the generous overhang give the object an architecturally imposing design. The range of services provided by ADK also included the coordination of the individual tenants, as well as the consideration of their individual ideas of the premises from floor plan to interior design.

With our modular design, the construction projects were implemented as quickly as possible and the high requirements were met. The quick commissioning of the new building also promised a quick return of the client's investments.
